Library Offering Fine Forgiveness for Food Drive Donations

kathyfletcher.jpgKathy Fletcher is offering a simple way for students to get rid of their fines from overdue library books while supporting a great cause: bring in some non-perishable food.

In support of the BLSA Food Drive, Kathy is accepting non-perishable items, such as rice, pasta, juice, and canned goods. There is a box at the front desk and in her office. In exchange, she will forgive outstanding fines. For more information, see Kathy!

The 2008 Food Drive is being organized by the Black Law Student Association (BLSA). All donations will be given to the Friendly Kitchen in Concord to help feed those in need this holiday season. Donation boxes will be located in the library and by Jan's desk until November 21.
