Sunday, November 9

Adjunct Faculty Daniel D. Crean will be chairing and presenting a CLE program on employment law presented by the International Municipal Lawyers Association in Dallas, Texas. He will also be presenting segments on sexual harassment, the Fair Labor Standards Act, at-will employment and diversity in the public sector workplace. This is a three day event  from Nov. 9th to 11th.

 

Monday, November 10

"God Bless America," considered to be the unofficial anthem of United States, was first sung on network radio on this day in 1938.

 

Tuesday, November 11

Admissions Open House for prospective students from 10 a.m. to  2:30 p.m.

Significant Others and Spouses Organization will be organizing a presentation on 'Establishing Financial Security' in Board Room from 6 p.m. - 7 p. m. Guest speaker John Eagleston of The Eagleston Team will be doing the presentation. This is an SBA sponsored event and food will be provided at the Jury Box after the presentation!


Wednesday, November 12

Graduate program SBA Governors will be hosting Fall semester Forum for MIP/MCT/MICJ/LLM students in Room 200 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please join in to share your concerns, questions, general comments and anything else on your mind in dealing with life at Pierce Law.
 

Thursday, November 13

SIPLA Lunch and Learn with Shelly Temple of DEKA Thursday 11/13 in Room 200

Friday, November 14

The annual Pierce Law Diwali celebration will take place in the Jury Box starting from 6 p.m.- 10 p.m. Come and celebrate the Festival of Lights and you just can't miss the authentic Indian food!! including many more cultural events. This is a SBA and Graduate program sponsored event.

Saturday, November 15

The annual Buck Bowl starts at 12 noon on the day of JIVE!

JIVE! Featuring skits, movies, dancing, legendary house band the Tortfeasors (voted Concord's Most Punctual Band 2007) and an explosive finale you won't want to miss. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the show starts at 7:00 p.m. All are welcome!
