The United States and Britain signed preliminary peace articles in Paris, ending the Revolutionary War in 1782.

Monday, December 1

World AIDS Day is observed each year on this day and dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection.


Tuesday, December 2

Come join the National Hispanic Bar Association (HNBA) at 12:00 p.m. in room 200 for an informational meeting on the current refugee situation in Concord, NH.  Members of the Language Bank and the Lutheran Social Services of New England will be on campus to discuss several volunteer opportunities to aid those newly displaced refugees in Concord.  Refreshments will be served.


Wednesday, December 3

Join J. Reuben Clark Society in sponsoring the Toys for Tots Program here at Pierce Law. There will be a table set up in the Jury Box to collect donations and you can sign up to volunteer a few hours of your time on Saturday, December 6th to help sort and deliver toys for the children of the local community.

Join WLSA at 6 p.m. in the Board Room for dinner and discussion with a panel of women attorneys regarding work/life balance and career expectations and demands.  Each attorney has a different specialty and a different perspective to bring to the panel. Dinner will be provided.

Saturday, December 6

Please join J. Reuben Clark Society in sponsoring the Toys for Tots Program here at Pierce Law. Everyone is invited to join in going to Londonderry to help sort and/or deliver toys to less fortunate children.
