Capital Center for the Arts, located at 44 S.Main Street, is Concord area's largest venue for the performing arts. Opened in 1927, Capital Center presents a wide variety of events including Broadway shows, dance performances, and family shows. On a budget? The William H. Gile Concert Series is a feature program that offers free tickets to members of the community upon request. If you're interested, the month of March features free performances by the Harlem Gospel Choir as well as the United States Army Field Band scheduled tonight at 730PM.
