Students Prepare for PIC Auction

The 17th Annual Public Interest Coalition Auction will occur this Saturday, March 21, at the Grappone Conference Center off of Interstate 393 in Concord. This one of the most anticipated events of the year as students, faculty, and members of the community come together to raise money for Public Interest Fellowships. These scholarships allow students to work this summer making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged people and families.

This is also a fun event as students auction off everything from TA sessions to a kayaking trip on Lake Winnepesaukee. Rumor has it Heather Flanner and Kristen Blanchette will auction a double date to historic Fenway Park for a Red Sox game.

Behind the scenes, students have invested hours going into the community to find donations. Many stores in Concord have responded with generous prizes. This will be a fantastic event for all. Doors open at 6 p.m. Most of the free tickets have been dispersed, but tickets will be available at the door for $25. For more information, contact Stephanie Talline at stallini@piercelaw.edu or (603) 513-5106.
