If you've been thinking about signing up for Twitter, here's an opportunity we hope will encourage you to give it a try. We're raffling off tickets to The Producers -- via Twitter.

Franklin Pierce Law Center is teaming up with New Hampshire Public Radio in recognition of their Spring Fundraising Drive to offer a member of the Pierce Law community a chance to win two free tickets to see The Producers at the Palace Theater in Manchester this Friday night.

Students, staff, faculty and alumni of Pierce Law can enter the Traffle for free. Just submit your name to us via Twitter. We'll select a lucky winner at 3 pm Thursday (tomorrow). All entries must be submitted by 2:45 p.m.

If you already have a Twitter account, entering is easy, just follow piercelaw and send us an @piercelaw message with the hashtag #traffle.

Not yet signed up for Twitter? It's easy:

1. In your web browser, go to https://twitter.com/signup

2. Enter your full name, a username, a password of your choosing, and your e-mail address.

3. On the next page, you have the option of searching your address book(s) for friends who are already Twitter users, or skipping this step by clicking the "skip" link.

Congratulations! You're now a Twitter user. You should now be seeing your own Twitter home page, where you can enter your own messages.

Now, to enter the Traffle for The Producers tickets, you'll need to follow Pierce Law on Twitter:

1. Go to twitter.com/piercelaw -- our Twitter page.

2. Click the follow button under our profile picture. In a moment or two the button will change to say you are following us.

3. Next, go back to your Twitter home page by clicking the Twitter icon at the top of the page or the word home in the navigation bar at the top right of the page.

4. Now that you are back on your Twitter home page, you can send us a "reply" message by typing in the message box: "@piercelaw #traffle Enter me to win the Producers tickets!" and click the Update button.

That's it! The "@piercelaw" at the beginning of your message sends it to us; the #traffle tag tells us it's an entry to win the tickets. The rest of the message can be whatever you wish.
